I guess I've completely caved in. If I don't come up with $2500 by August 1 foreclosure on my house begins and any proceeds will be snatched up by the IRS for my $14k income tax bill for 2004. What would that leave me? No house, no cash, no savings, no job, on the street - penniless.
I'm in serious need of some direction and action. Someone to organize what my critical actions are going to be.
- Do I find ANY job big or small and deal with trying to make the money?
- Do I open up lots of ebay auctions (means cleaning house to do so)?
- Do I find an investor to sell the house to then rent from them off the proceeds of selling the house? Talk about a short time to find someone (2 weeks)...
I've spent a bunch of time the past few weeks creating some testimony of work on the web. I'm happy with completing my News blog (please take a peek if you haven't) and would love to go after creating income mentoring people on creating blogs, and circulating them for exposure.
I've got my domain hooked up http://www.fuzzytek.com/ and bringing the blog into the site is a matter of customizing the two to blend together. But I realize this is NOT where I should spend time because it will just keep me out of conversations and actions that I need to have NOW.
